See ya Marge

So last Friday we big a fond see ya later to Marge our former upstairs neighbor.

We had some good times and last Friday was no exception. Marge is heading out to Dallas to be followed shortly by Fiachra.

What you might not know about Dallas is that it is in the United States of America in a big state called Texas. Dallas is actually the largest (geographically) city in the US. In the GaWC Inventory of World Cities, Dallas is a Gamma City, Toronto is a Beta, I don't really know what that means, but it's something all right.

You could fit about 1.5 Texas' into Ontario, but Texas has about 1.6 times as many people as Ontario does. On a side note you could fit 12.8 Ireland's into Ontario.

Dallas has a population of 1.1 million and 5.4 million if you include all of the surrounding areas.

Dallas also has two times the number of restaurants per person then New York does, which is pretty cool.

So there you are, some interesting facts about Dallas that don't involve J.R. Ewing who interestingly enough was only meant to be a supporting character on Dallas but was so popular when the show aired that he soon became the central focus of the show...
