Well We're Back
Well the wife and I are back in Toronto after a whirlwind tour of the great province of Newfoundland, I'm sorry Labrador you will have to wait your turn.
The trip out there was great and I will wow you with fantastic photos of icebergs and moose once we go through and process them all...ahh digital cameras, how you allow me to take loads and loads of photos without caring.
But really the trip was lots of fun and I would recommend heading to Newfoundland to anyone.
Now, what else is new? Well I got some new jogging shoes which I am really excited about trying out this evening, version 7.0 this year, I was using the crummy version 5.0...man two more versions ahead!
Also German beer...seriously does it get much better then that? Ok maybe Belgian beer, which is why I love going to the flagship LCBO store...stocking up on my German's and my Belgians...oh you smoky beers I love you....Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier you will be mine!
Well that was just a quick post to let you know that I was alive...more later!

These the Brooks Adrenaline? Hope you like them as much as the old pair, you're turning into a jogging machine!

Yeah I've got the Adrenaline 7.0's now, I've only taken them out once so far, but I liked the way that they felt...so did my knees!
I'm still liking the jogging, but I'm working on increasing the speed with some interval trailing,
