Sooo Danielle and I are back from our whirlwind trek to Winnipeg over the weekend. All was well, we got to see our new niece, go to the wedding, hang out with our friends (very little), and see the familia.

But this post is a short one and mostly about our new niece. She's doing well, working hard on developing those neck muscles so that she can start supporting her own head. She's also enjoying sleeping during the day and waking up every few hours at night.

It was really neat being able to see the baby and see my sister and Adrian around the baby. Just some random baby isn't too exciting but the baby of your sister and your brother-in-law, well that's more exciting then you'd think. I think much of the excitement actually comes from the fact that they are excited about the baby, and that your parents are, and that your grandparents are...that's exciting.
