What has been going on?

Well that may be your question, I get married and then all of a sudden the posts stop? What is up with that?

Well let's see what has been going down? Not that much really. Danielle and I have been laying pretty low in the Bog Smoke since we got back, not going out too much (read at all) and taking it very easy.

We had Matt and Natasha over for some dinner and a few games of Euchre, and we went out for a beer with Fiachra when he got back from Mexico, other then that, it's been a pretty quiet week for the two of us. We rented a few movies and watched the entire Lord of the Rings extended edition, an experience that has definitely changed for me because we used music from the Lord of the Rings during our wedding ceremony. So everytime those little hobbits think about the shire, I think about my wedding.

And that's really about it I guess, my brother is coming out to Toronto this weekend for a visit before heading off to Vancouver to see an old friend. So that will be nice I'll get a chance to visit the apple store again.

Anyways there you have it, I just thought I would update those readers out there who are curious about my life. Ow, Danielle and I will also be putting up a little website with many of the photos from our wedding so those that want to can see all of our lovely photos. That should be up sometime later this week or next week.

Another Blog

Sheesh I do nothing but post links now, check this out, http://www.blobp.com/gastro/ I just like the way that she draws.

But Mark you say, what about your Drunken weekend with Lance and the dude from Australia? What about the Eriksson boat cruise that you went on with Fiachra? Why don't you blog that instead of these links?

To that I say, man I'm busy, I am getting married soon...

St. Iodasaph

Stumbled accross this the other days, thought it was pretty cool, thought I'd share it: http://www.christiannewage.com/StIodasaph.html.

Archives fixed!

All right everyone, the archives of this blog have been fixed. I have been surprised by the amount of people that have told me this...it's weird is there something really cool locked away in the archives that I do not know about? Some secret Mark-bashing comment conversation that I should read?

Hey New Governor General

Heck, where have I been? Ow that's right in a hole.

Anyways new governor general, you can read about her here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micha%C3%ABlle_Jean

I don't know much about her (well that is to say that I didn't) but she seems cool enough.

Quick post about weekend

So I'm pretty busy at the moment but I thought that I would post a quick little bit about the weekend. Danielle and I went down (read up) to Kingston to see Rod and Laura. It was a good time, they gave me a great olde Thyme razor for my birthday and made a great dinner on Saturday night.

We spent Saturday night in Kingston at Chez Piggy and stuff, and then wen to Rod's mum's place outside of Bellville and Stirling.

So here are some photos of the events, some of the more artistic photos have been held back, but should be at an exhibition soon.
